Included in our survey is a review of your machinery documentation and scheduled maintenance activities with a view to 'kit' common scheduled maintenance parts. Once agreed with your maintenance and procurement teams, we will create kit numbers and define local and site stocking policies to improve purchasing efficiency, stock availability and reduce administration when booking maintenance components to assets through jobs or works orders.
